TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) – Eight suspects have been arrested following a recent operation by the West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force.
The following details were in a press release from the agency on Thursday:
- Joe Oliver German, 48, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $1,000
- Demetrice Quintell Doss, 34, was accused of soliciting prostitution and first-degree possession of marijuana. The bond was priced at $8,500.
- Shontrey Markeith Spencer, 27, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $1,000.
- Earlethus Cadarius Blackmon, 29, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $1,000.
- Manoah Jerah Williams Tippett, 37, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $1,000.
- Gary Leon Harris, 43, was arrested on charges of soliciting prostitution, possession of first degree marijuana, requiring tax stamps and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. The bond was priced at $31,000.
- Maurice Rayshaun Carr, 41, has been charged with first-degree human trafficking. The bond was priced at $60,000.
- Ricky Alan Cavanaugh, 63, has been charged with first-degree human trafficking. The bond was priced at $60,000.
The following suspects have been charged in connection with a separate investigation involving an underage victim, according to the release. The investigation began in May and led to the following arrests:
- Ryan Desean Wilder, 29, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $6,000.
- Frank White III, 51, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $6,000.
- Keeric Keshawn Wills, 26, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $6,000.
- Landon Avant Hagler, 30, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $6,000.
- Timothy Ray Jordan, 60, has been charged with inciting prostitution. The bond was priced at $6,000.
- Andrew Wayne Price, 27, has been charged with promoting third-degree prostitution. The bond was priced at $6,000.
- Donald Scott Johnson, 41, has been charged with first-degree human trafficking by the Moundville Police Department. He was held without bond under Aniah’s law.
